Tawse Small

The Tawse Small lands with a bright, precise sting rather than a broad thud - the marks it leaves are distinct, and the flexible silicone tongue moves so easily that a handler's wrist never pays for a long scene. It's sized for close, intimate play, which makes it well suited to genital and other targeted impact as well as general warm-ups. Invert it and the handle delivers a heavier, thuddier hit.

Tantus makes it from their own 100% ultra-premium silicone, a material that transmits energy far more efficiently than leather, so very little strike force is needed for real intensity. Silicone is also the practical choice for a shared toy: it's hypoallergenic, boilable, bleachable and dishwasher safe, so it can be hygienically cleaned between partners.

It measures 15.75" overall, with a 9" tongue that's 1.75" wide and a 7" handle finished with a comfortable egg-shaped grip. That handle is safe for insertion with a personal lubricant - 6.75" of insertable length, 0.53" across - if you want a forked tail in the picture. Use it with a water-based or silicone-safe lubricant and it will outlast most of your kit.
