Shipping policy

Discreet Shipping + Charging

Buzz Love couldn't survive without your trust, and we value that highly. We protect our customers privacy as if its our own. 

When we ship products to customers they are always in discreet plain boxes or packaging so no one can tell what's inside. 

We also make sure that all return labels on the outside of the boxes do not state who we are, and instead return to a generic shipping facility when googled. 

When you check your statement we will appear as "BL Shop", this is so that if anyone looks are your statement they cannot identify us. A quick google will show that BL Shop could be any number of merchants from major electronic retail stores to libraries. 

We do not currently ship internationally as our standard business, however if there is something you would really like and you can't get it in your home country please send us an email and we'll see what we do. If we do ship for you all items will be descriptive but we will attempt to avoid any embarrassment i.e our dildos may be listed as "non vulcanised rubber models" on customs declarations. Buzz Love are not responsible for customs or import fees that may be imposed by your country.  

Mailing

We aim to follow your preferences in the shipping selection page as closely as possible but due to sizes and shapes of our orders we may substitute one carrier for another, or one service for another if we believe that it would get to you faster or more securely. 

Packages shipped using USPS First Class mail take roughly 5-7 business days after shipping for delivery, packages shipped USPS Priority take roughly 2-3 days after shipping for delivery. 

We aim to process orders as fast as we can, and the majority are shipped within the next business day. If on the rare occurrence any item is out of stock at the time of shipping we will try and get in contact with you via email to let you know and give you whatever options we have (different color, wait, or cancel your order). Our stock is regularly updated on our website and products removed from sale when we don't have any left to try and avoid any delays in your shipping. 

Split Packages

We try and ship your items together whenever possible. From time to time one of our inventory stores may not have all the items you have ordered, in this case, to get you the products as quickly as possible we may ship items from multiple locations. If this is the case we will still provide you with a tracking number for each shipment. 

Not home

If you're out when your package is attempted to deliver, your mail carrier or courier will leave a card scheduling another attempt or telling you where you can pick up your discreetly packaged order. 

Lost packages

If your order is more than 5 working days overdue, please get in touch with us and we'll try and track it down for you! 

In order to keep costs to our customers as low as possible, all delivery methods are estimates only - we will aim to get products to you as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee day-definite delivery. 

Cancel Order

As soon as an order is placed our shipping and administrative team aims to get your products are soon as possible, this means that it's not always possible to cancel all orders, and no cancellation is guaranteed. We will always try our best to accommodate where possible, however, when you click on the final confirmation button our processing and shipping policies apply. If you do require a cancellation please email support@buzzloveshop.com and our team will try and accommodate if possible.
