Refund policy

All of the products we sell on Buzz Love are brand new, as received from the manufacturer.  

Due to the nature of the products, and for the safety of our customers and staff we cannot accept returns for non defective items. Please ensure that the product you have selected is the color, size and material you want, unfortunately once the item is shipped we are unable to offer exchanges for any products. 

We are always happy to offer advice and suggestions on what product may be best for you, just send us a quick email to support@buzzloveshop.com and one of our trained sex educators will try and find you the perfect toy for your needs. 

If any product is defective then please give us a email at support@buzzloveshop.com . Some of our products come with travel locks that can be a little tricky to turn off, we will gladly help you troubleshoot your new toy.

We want you to enjoy your new toy, so if within 30 days of purchase and the troubleshooting hasn't been successful we'll issue a return authorization to get you a same item replacement as quickly as possible. 

If 30 days have passed, we'll still gladly help you with some troubleshooting and most of our toys come with generous manufacturer warranties so we can put you in touch directly with the manufacturer to get you the help you need!
