The ring measures 2" in diameter, a forgiving starting size if you've never worn one. Put a little lube on the inside, ease one testicle through at a time, then pull the shaft through last.
Wash with warm water and mild soap before and after use, let it air dry, and store it somewhere clean and dry. Silicone toys are happiest with a water-based lubricant.
