Deluxe Kegel Exercise Set

This set gives you a gentle, step-by-step way to get to know your pelvic floor. It holds six smooth silicone Kegel weights, so you can start light and move up only when you feel ready. There's no schedule to keep up with and no pressure.

Each weight is made from body-safe silicone that feels soft to the touch, in calm pastel colours that look friendly rather than clinical. The six weights go up in small steps: 1.7 oz, 2.3 oz, 2.8 oz, 3.4 oz, 3.9 oz and 4.6 oz. That gives you plenty of room to grow without any big jumps.

Take your time and notice what feels comfortable before moving to a heavier weight. Wash each weight before and after use, and keep the set together so your next step is always close by.
