Neoprene Neck and Wrist Restraint

Soft neoprene against the throat, sturdy webbing behind it. The collar wraps and fastens with Velcro, so it settles snugly without pinching, and the two matching cuffs let you draw a partner's wrists up to the neck and hold them there.

The set is built around a heavy nylon webbing restraint strap and solid metal D-rings, which give you plenty of attachment points to work from. Because everything closes with Velcro rather than buckles or locks, positions can be changed, or released, in seconds.

Included are the adjustable collar and 2 neoprene cuffs, ready to connect in a lot of different configurations. Wipe the neoprene clean with mild soap and water, let it air dry fully, and store it flat and away from heat.
